He has worked on the design of numerous concrete, steel, and timber structures across multiple sectors, including low, medium, and high rise Residential developments, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality projects.

Offering over 20 years of valuable and diverse experience in structural engineering with expertise in the Analysis, Design, and Documentation of structures to provide compliant engineering solutions to the applicable codes and standards for the Australian Construction Industry. He has vast experience in the management of teams, projects, and liaison with clients and project stake holders to deliver highly efficient and cost effective project outcomes.

With 25 years’ experience in the industry, George has conducted over 6,000 inspections in his time with ACE. He is an expert at ensuring the as-built solution complies to the structural design drawings, providing structural compliance reports and has worked on some of the industry’s largest projects.

Dilapidation Services Manager

Mohammad Al Tamimi

DILAPIDATION REPORTING
With any project a “dilapidation report” is a record of the state of neighbouring property and assets before any development works commence. If any damage - such as cracks - develop during construction works, the dilapidation report is used as evidence to determine who is liable for rectification costs. Dilapidation reports protect owners and builders/developers alike, and is often a DA requirement.

EXPERIENCE:
Mohammad has been working in the industry since 2011, and is efficient at producing highly accurate reports to a deadline. He has managed his team to excellent results.
